The head on that....!
6lb. Pike...Lidingö the venue for Karl, Ed and myself on a day when new moon fell and it was rather dissapointing in all honesty. On the plus side the weather was glorious for the time of year....
A total of six livebait rods between us and just a single Pike, albeit a really hard fighting, exceptionally nicely marked and well proportioned 6lb. fish. The livebait was a small Roach. Ed had a dropped take, as I did during the day. Later I had another good run on a Perch bait which released the bait on the strike, these fish were probably all big Perch...
